I had a rotted out rim joist below the door due to an improperly installed deck which caused moisture damage. Door frame also needed replacing due to prior damages from the storm door.

OCD had to use jacks beneath the house to support it while the rim joist got replaced. Structural issues got fixed. New door frame got installed.

Rather than going back to vinal siding on the area of the wall where moisture damage was discovered / searched for,
roughly a 24 foot wide by 27 inch tall veneer was installed, with cedar trim.

I had a seperate company do a concrete sidewalk along the house, but OCD also helped out with constructing the frames for the manhole cover / access to the crawl space

Turned out good.
Company is easy to work with. Good communication.

I had a gate replaced and enlarged. Seth was extremely detailed. I needed it enlarged to drive a riding lawnmower thru. He ensured that the new gate was going to be large enough and properly level and that the spacing of each board was exact. I highly recommend OCD construction for any job.

Seth at Overachieved Construction Dreams was wonderful. We had some remodel issues to address before we could sell our home and he made our needs a priority. He made a point of understanding exactly what we needed done and even went out and bought additional tools to do right! Thank you so much for helping us be able to get our house on the market.

Seth works very hard and does fine work. He focuses on the small details and does everything he can to make his clients happy. Our boy is thrilled with the play structure Seth helped bring to fruition.
